Tim Drijfhamer, candidate civil law notary at BUREN, specialises in commercial real estate law and advises medium-sized and large companies in particular. He mainly deals with real estate transactions, establishment of security interests and divisions of flat rights, especially in the field of (re)development and new construction projects.
Tim graduated from Leiden University in 2018 in notarial law and joined BUREN in 2018. In 2021, Tim completed the Professional Notarial Training Programme cum laude.
