Henk Steinvoort, is of counsel and canidate civil law notary at BUREN, specializes in the corporate practice. He focuses on national and international (re)structurings of corporations, joint ventures and other organizations. Henk also advises families on estate planning.
He obtained a degree in notarial law from Leiden University and an LLM from Columbia Law School in New York. From 1989 until 2011 he practiced as a civil law notary, consecutively in The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Since 2011 he is Of Counsel to Buren.
Henk holds several other positions at the local and national level. He is also a deputy justice with the Court of Appeals of The Hague.
