Ingrid de Haan, partner and candidate civil law notary at BUREN, is specialized in (international) corporate law. She advises in particular multinationals, listed and medium-sized companies on different areas such as setting up structures, restructurings, financings, demergers, mergers, acquisitions and share transactions.
In 1998 Ingrid received her degree in notarial law from the University of Groningen and in 2007 she successfully completed, with honors, the Grotius post-graduate specialisation course Corporate Structures. She joined Buren in 2008.
