Jingling Wang is a former judge and a lawyer specialized in the litigation of civil disputes, especially in the disputes of intellectual property right and contracts.
Jingling obtained the Chinese Judicial Professional Qualification in 2008 and holds a Master of Law at the University of International Qualification in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, she worked as a judge assistant in the people's court of Haidian District, Beijing.
In September 2012, she was nominated as a Judge of Court, since than she has heard and judged more than thousand cases relating to traditional and internet copy right, trademark dispute and unfair competition between companies, and different types of contract. During her work at the Court, Jingling has been awarded as the Distinguised Judges in three consecutive years since 2013, translated a number of judgements from the U.S. Courts, and published more than 10 papers in Chinese journals. She joined the Beijing Mofeng Law firm in February 2016, mainly engaged in consultation of litigation strategies.
