Marc Albasser, Liste I lawyer in Luxembourg, specializes in advising clients on Luxembourg corporate law with a focus on cross-border restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.
Marc obtained a Master degree in law (DESS) from University of Strasbourg (2003) and attending the Cours Complémentaires de Droit Luxembourgeois from the Luxembourg University. He is registered with the Luxembourg Bar since 2007.
