Shaolan Yang specializes in product liability litigation, foreign direct investment and commercial litigation and arbitration, including the recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards.
Shaolan earned her first law degree of Juris Master from Fudan University in 2009, she also obtained LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University in 2016. Previously Shaolan worked at the Chinese and the American office of a highly reputable law firm. She is admitted to the Chinese bar since 2011.
She is also a law lecturer at the Ningbo University of Technology on Chinese Business Law.
