Wen Xin Fang specializes in corporate law (including Foreign Direct Investment and M&A) and tax law. She also frequently advises on commercial agreements, cross-border transactions, and international (re-)structuring through offshore intermediary vehicles. In addition, Wen Xin has abundant experience in managing of litigations in China.
Wen Xin holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese law (Southwest University of Political Science and Law) and a master’s degree in tax law (Lund University). Wen Xin passed the National Bar Examination in 1998 and she was admitted to the Bar in 1999.
