Cees-Frans speaker at the European branch meeting of IBSA in Luxembourg

The European branche of IBSA (International Business Structuring Association) will be holding a Benelux meeting at the offices of Vistra, 14 Rue Edward Steichen, L-2540, Luxembourg on Thursday 15th February, 2018 at 18:00. 

Roy Saunders of IFS Consultants (founder of IBSA), Wim Ritz of Vistra and Cees-Frans Greeven of Buren (chairman of the Dutch chapter of IBSA) will speak during this event and will lead the discussion group meetings.

They will be examining the changes in Dutch tax legislation which may impact upon the use of Dutch structures compared with Luxembourg entities, the current relationship that Luxembourg has with the European Commission, the required standards of double taxation agreements to meet the aspirations of the OECD within their BEPS project, and the effects of the Multilateral Instrument on these treaties.  

Networking drinks and canapés, kindly provided by Vistra hosting the event, will follow the discussion and offers the opportunity to meet fellow members and their guests. This event is free to IBSA members and invited guests.
