Presentation by Jan Holthuis at European Union Chamber of Commerce in China

Mr. Jan Holthuis, partner at Buren, is invited to give a presentation on the event – A Closer Look at Corporate Governance in China: Structure and Management of Foreign-invested Enterprises under Chinese Law – hosted by the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai on 26 September 2017. 

Jan will give a presentation regarding Protection of Minority Shareholders' Rights in a Sino-Foreign Joint Venture.

The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China was founded in 2000 by 51 membercompanies that shared a goal of establishing a common voice for the various business sectors of the European Union and European businesses operating in China. It is a members-driven, non-profit, fee-based organization with a core structure of 25 Working Groups and 7 Fora representing European business in China.
