Steven van der Waal, Of Counsel at BUREN, advises national and international clients – both listed and non-listed companies – in a variety of areas, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, financing transactions, share and bond issues, and share option plans. Steven has been working for more than twenty-five years for clients primarily from Asia and the Middle East.

Steven graduated in 1989 in Notarial Law from Leiden University.
