BUREN advises Pine Island Capital Partners
BUREN advises Pine Island Capital Partners, LLC, a US mid-market private equity firm, on the acquisition of Meggitt Training Systems, a US subsidiary of Meggitt PLC, for a cash consideration of $146 million.
Meggitt Training Systems is a leader in developing and deploying advanced technology-enabled training systems.
The sale, which completed on 30 June 2020, was subject to US regulatory approval, and followed a process which had commenced in 2019.
BUREN has advised Pine Island on Dutch legal aspects of this transaction, including legal due diligence.
