BUREN advises Aludyne on the Dutch law aspects of the acquisition of Shiloh's castlight division. In the Netherlands, this transaction consisted of Aludyne acquiring the business of Shiloh Industries Netherlands B.V. by way of a transfer of assets.
Shiloh manufactures chassis and parts for cars for a number of major automotive companies.
