BUREN advises Vacansoleil

BUREN advises Vacansoleil on the sale of three French Iris Parc campsites (real property and operations) to Vacanselect for a purchase price of EUR 23 million.

Vacansoleil previously sold 2 other campsites. With the sale of all own campsites, Vacansoleil focuses on its own tour operator activities. Vacansoleil has been active in the tour operating branch for more than 50 years and in this sense returns to its roots: organizing and selling luxury camping holidays.

Iris Parc is the Vacansoleil camping chain and part of the Vacansoleil group. Vacansoleil is the European market leader in camping holidays.

BUREN advised on all Dutch legal aspects of the sale. In addition BUREN managed the whole process with foreign lawyers, accountants and tax advisor involved in the deal.
