As of 13 September, BUREN welcomes the highly experienced candidate-notary Astrid van den Broek-Temmerman to its office in The Hague. With the arrival of Van den Broek-Temmerman, BUREN is strengthening its (commercial) real estate practice.

Van den Broek-Temmerman specializes in property law and advises medium-sized and large companies, financial institutions and government bodies in various areas, such as purchase agreements and building contracts, division into flat rights, security rights and transactions. Van den Broek-Temmerman assists commercial clients with inner-city redevelopment, new-build projects, infrastructure and sustainability. Van den Broek-Temmerman has over 20 years' experience in the notarial practice and has worked for firms including Pels Rijcken and Houthoff.
