Marc Albasser has a broad experience in international restructuring, private equity, mergers and acquisitions. His promotion has taken effect on 1 May 2020.
Marc Albasser, Liste I lawyer in Luxembourg, specializes in advising clients on Luxembourg corporate law with a focus on cross-border restructurings, mergers and acquisitions. His clients include international groups of companies, private equity real estate firms, high net worth individuals and state-owned companies.
Marc Albasser has been part of the Luxembourg office of BUREN since 1 October 2018. Prior to joining BUREN, Marc Albasser was notably associated with a Luxembourg top ten law firm as well with the Luxembourg office of a Dutch top tier law firm.
