The German desk assists clients from Germany, Austria and other German speaking areas on Dutch legal and tax issues. It also provides legal services to Dutch companies that are active in German speaking countries or considering a business transaction in those countries.
Our German desk combines a group of dedicated professionals from all practice areas with a particular focus on Corporate, Restructuring and Insolvency, Employment, Commercial Contracting, M&A and Private Equity, Banking & Finance, Real Estate and Tax. Our professionals know the German-speaking countries’ legal systems as well as German-speaking countries’ business customs.
