Friederike Henke, partner and lawyer (advocaat and Rechtsanwältin) at BUREN, heads BURENs German Desk. She specialises in (international) corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, financing, reorganisations, and restructurings. Friederike advises multinationals and mid-sized companies in Dutch, English, and German in (international) transactions and in their day-to-day legal work. In that respect, she regularly works with lawyers from abroad.
Friederike is a member of the German-Dutch lawyers association, the German lawyers association DAV (Deutscher Anwaltverein) and the DAV-Nederland of which she is the treasurer. She is also an active member of the international lawyers' association AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers). Friederike is also one of the permanent editors of the Dutch Journal “Rechtspraak Ondernemingsrecht” (Business Law Case Law).
