Clair Global Inc is a leading US technology company specialising in live production services, systems integration and the development of advanced audio products. Founded in 1966 by brothers Roy and Gene Clair in Lititz, Pennsylvania, the company is known as a pioneer in professional sound reinforcement for live performances. Well-known productions Clair has been involved in include the Super Bowl halftime show and the world tours of various international artists such as Taylor Swift.
Ampco Flashlight is a Dutch company that also specialises in professional audiovisual technology for the entertainment and events industry. Ampco Flashlight is involved in several well-known events in the Netherlands such as Pinkpop, Lowlands and Toppers in Concert.
The acquisition of Ampco Flashlight is a great addition for Clair and the first step in its expansion into Europe.
