Jan Greijdanus, partner and candidate civil-law notary (in the Netherlands) at BUREN, specialises in (cross-border) (re)structuring, corporate governance, and corporate law aspects of M&A transactions. Jan has specific experience in real estate law. He advises clients, such as real estate holdings and funds, at the intersection of corporate and real estate law.
Jan graduated from the Groningen University in private law (2010) and in notarial law (2011). In 2018 Jan successfully completed the postgraduate specialization course in company and business law at the Grotius Academy.
