Out-of-court dispute resolution
Conflicts disrupt business continuity, damage relationships and lead to unnecessary legal costs. Mediation offers you an effective and confidential alternative to court proceedings. Parties remain in control and, with the guidance of a specialised mediator, arrive at a solution that is legally sound and commercially acceptable. The agreements reached are recorded in a legally enforceable settlement agreement.

BUREN provides commercial mediation for a wide range of disputes within and between organisations, such as disrupted partnerships (for example in franchising, shareholders' meetings and the like), conflicts between employees or between an employee and a manager, between the board and the works council, between management and supervisory bodies (Supervisory Board or Board of Trustees), shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and situations involving inappropriate conduct or a confidential investigation. Mediation can be deployed reactively in the case of an existing conflict, but also preventively, for instance in the event of a stalled decision-making process or threatened escalation.
