Jitze de Beer, tax adviser at BUREN, specialises in tax law and advises (multi)national companies on the tax impact of corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), reorganisations and (re)structuring of investment funds.
Jitze completed his master in tax law at the University of Groningen in 2022 and obtained his master in financial law at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2023. Jitze has been working at BUREN since 2023.
