M&A Review | Special Edition | FDI Screening Regulation: One screening fits all?

There are new translations available of the special edition of the German M&A Review about FDI screening mechanisms in the EU member states. The series of articles feature the impact that the FDI Regulation has had across different countries.

The head of our German Desk, Friederike Henke, initiated this writing project and co-authored the introductory article of the series titled “FDI Screening Regulation and its Impact on European Investment Audits”. In her contribution “FDI Screening Regulation and its impact on Foreign Investments” she focuses on the Dutch Security Test Act that entered into force on 1 June 2023.
