BUREN China Practice advised Royal Den Hartogh (Den Hartogh Global Logistics Co.,Ltd), a leading logistics service provider for the chemical, gas, polymer and food industries, in acquiring a majority stake in the capital of Shanghai Xintao Dangerous Cargo Transportation Co., Ltd.

BUREN acted as legal counsel for Den Hartogh Global Logistics Co.,Ltd in the due diligence, the negotiating and drafting of corporate M&A documentation and the (post) completion of this strategic China investment.
