Jan Holthuis, moderator at the First International Conference on Agricultural Law (IBA)

On September 23-24, Jan Holthuis, as chair of the Agricultural Law Section of the IBA, will be present and partly moderate the 'First International Conference on Agricultural Law', organized by the Agricultural Law Section of the International Bar Association (IBA) and Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA).

The conference, co-sponsored by BUREN,  provides a unique platform for international lawyers, in-house counsels of major agricultural companies, government officials and non-governmental organizations active in the agricultural sector to discuss new opportunities for the agricultural industry. Topics include: Investment in agriculture, land and infrastructure, sustainable development and IT, International Trade and IP and Dispute resolution in the agricultural sector.

Jan will be the moderator of session 1 | Land market liberalization. Best practices of land reform.
