BUREN advises Sociodome B.V. with the sale of all shares in Lost Lemon B.V. and Lost Lemon Consultancy B.V. to xxllnc B.V., a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners.

Lost Lemon, founded in 2006, is a specialist in supplying software to support governments in the social domain. Besides software, Lost Lemon also offers support in the form of consultancy for technical advice trajectories and implementations. Lost Lemon has 84 employees and is located in Haarlem.

xxllnc consists of a group of companies making smart scalable apps for the (semi-)government. Applications that support case-oriented work, data integration, taxes, social affairs and spatial planning. xxllnc also offers customer support in the form of consultancy and secondment. To take GovTech to the next level, xxllnc is building an ecosystem in which everything works together seamlessly. The perfect combination of applications from the cloud and support from professionals. The team, consisting of hundreds of specialists, now has offices in Hengelo, Amsterdam, Veenendaal and Eindhoven.
