BUREN advised De Kangoeroe Holding B.V. on the sale of 100% of the shares in the capital of De Kangoeroe Apeldoorn B.V. to CompaNanny Nederland B.V. De Kangoeroe provides services in the childcare industry in Apeldoorn and Oldenzaal. As a result of the transaction the childcare Apeldoorn will be continued under the wings of CompaNanny.

CompaNanny Nederland B.V. is a childcare chain operating throughout the Netherlands and was founded in 2003.
