Deniz Xinyi Bussing, lawyer at BUREN, specialises in corporate law. She advises on M&A transactions, investment rounds, and corporate governance matters. In addition, she is part of BUREN’s China Desk, where she advises, among other things, on commercial contracts.
Deniz obtained her master’s degree in Corporate Law and Asian Studies (cum laude) from Leiden University in 2020. During her studies, she also spent half a year studying at Xiamen University in China. In 2021, Deniz was admitted to the Dutch Bar Association. Before joining BUREN, she worked for four and a half years in the corporate M&A team at Osborne Clarke N.V. in Amsterdam.
