Rohit Tijdgat, tax adviser at BUREN, specialises in international corporate income tax. He primarily advises multinational companies on international restructurings, including M&A transactions.
In addition, Rohit advises high-net-worth individuals on income tax, inheritance tax and gift tax, including matters relating to the business succession regime. He also has experience with international tax residence issues and the tax qualification of trust-like structures.
Rohit obtained his master’s degree in Tax Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2024 and his bachelor’s degree in Law from Utrecht University. He has been working at BUREN since 2026. Prior to joining BUREN, he worked at Deloitte.
Rohit is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
