Buren advises Priva
Buren advises Priva in connection with the set-up of a joint venture active in the field of indoor farming. Priva, with an annual turnover that exceed EUR 60 million, is a company that develops, manufactures and sells products and supplies services for process management and climate control in non-residential buildings, in horticulture and in industry.
Buren drafted the transaction documentation and assists Priva with the negotiations and provided the required notarial services. This matter was amongst others complex because of several intellectual property aspects.
