Buren advises the shareholders Van der Lee on the sale of the family-owned Holding Van der Lee Internationaal B.V. (Netherlands) to Transports Vervaeke N.V. (Belgium).
Both companies deliver demanding logistical services to the chemical and petrochemical industry. Van der Lee has offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Vervaeke has offices in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Combined, Vervaeke and Van der Lee represent a turnover of EUR +110 million, a fleet of 700 HGV's, more than 1,000 tank trailers and a team of 900 employees.
