BUREN assisted the minority shareholder of Klättermusen, on the Luxembourg legal and tax aspects of the capital injection and entry of new shareholders in Mongrow with a view of financing Klättermusen.
Since 1975 Klättermusen has been a pioneer in making refined Scandinavian Mountaineering Equipment. The designs combine utility and extreme durability, always with consideration of the environment in mind. Klättermusen supports and inspires outdoor enthusiasts through unforgiving weather conditions and unpredictable terrains.
The entry of new shareholders was done on July 2020 through two consecutive capital increases.
BUREN has notably advised Mongrow on the mechanics of the contributions and the rights of the respective shareholders, coordinated the project between the parties and has prepared the legal documentation required to implement the transaction.
