BUREN advises Planon Group (Planon), the leading cloud-based software provider in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), on the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of Reasult Koopholding B.V.
Reasult is a Dutch software company that optimises the financial performance of real estate portfolios and projects. The acquisition of Reasult is part of Planon’s strategy to further expand its offering for property developers, asset managers and social housing corporation and its ambition to lead the smart building market.
BUREN acted as legal advisor to Planon during the negotiations with regard to the final transaction documentation. BUREN also assisted Planon during the due diligence investigation.
