Rogier de Neeling, lawyer at BUREN, specialises in banking and finance law.
His practice in the field of financial regulatory law focuses on a wide range of financial institutions, including investment firms, asset managers, custodians and payment institutions. He advises on regulatory issues, assists with licensing procedures and suitability assessments, and supports clients in setting up new structures. In addition, he advises on M&A transactions where regulatory aspects play a role. He also advises both lenders and borrowers on financing transactions, including (syndicated) loans, security arrangements and restructurings.
Rogier obtained his Master's degree in Financial Law from Leiden University in 2021. In 2017, he spent a semester studying at the National University of Singapore.
