Buren advises ABC Westland

Buren advises ABC Westland Beheer B.V. and ABC Westland Beheer C.V. (“ABC Westland”) on the sale of a logistics business park in the agriculture and food industry to the international real estate investor Hines.

The sale includes 11 logistics complexes and 2 offices which are located on 32 hectares of land. This transaction is the second largest logistics single asset deal in Dutch history.

The ABC Westland business park is located in the middle of the Westland region, the largest vegetable growing area in Europe. More than 100 companies in the agriculture and food sector are located at the park.

Hines is a global real estate investor with a presence in 207 cities in 24 countries.
