BUREN advises BTO Zorg

BUREN advises BTO Zorg about selling all shares in the capital of BTO Thuiszorg to Royaal Thuis.

BTO Thuiszorg is a professional care organization that offers personal care, nursing, domestic care, individual counseling, night care and private home care spread over the regions of The Hague and Zoetermeer. Royaal Thuis offers care and assistance to (potentially) vulnerable citizens and families in the Haaglanden region, in particular in the neighborhoods of The Hague: Centrum, Escamp, Laak and Segbroek. With the acquisition of BTO Thuiszorg, Royaal Thuis has considerably strengthened its position in the Haaglanden region.

BUREN acted as legal advisor to BTO Zorg during the negotiations on the main features of the transaction and the negotiations with regard to the final transaction documentation. BUREN also assisted BTO Zorg during the due diligence investigation.
