The logistics warehouse has an area of approx. 7,700 m² and is located at a strategic location in the south of the Netherlands near the A67 motorway and in the close vicinity to Gemeente Eindhoven.
Cabot is an international private equity investment company. The company is a leading investor, developer and operator of mainly industrial real estate. Cabot’s portfolio includes approximately 18 million m² of real estate worldwide.
