Buren advises Coty Inc., a beauty product manufacturer, in the process of the global acquisition of certain beauty brands from The Procter & Gamble Company, a USD 13 billion deal. Buren assists with the integration of 92 employees in the Netherlands, including from a benefits perspective.
Following the transaction with P&G Beauty Brands, Coty is expected to become the global leader in fragrances with market leading positions in color cosmetics and hair coloring & styling.
