Buren advises Dutch foundation
Buren advises on the establishment of a Dutch foundation, which is backed by some of the largest mutinational companies in the Netherlands such as Heineken, Shell, Schiphol Group and Philips and dozens of high profile individuals including Alexander Rinnoy Kan and former Minister of Foreign Affairs Bernard Bot. The foundation aims to motivate Dutch citizens to participate in the elections of the European Parliament in 2014. Buren advises on both legal aspects as well as tax aspects, including the ANBI-status (granting inter alia public benefit pursuing entities and its donors/beneficiaries certain tax benefits).
