Buren advises HPA
Buren advises the Hoofdproductschap voor de akkerbouw (HPA) on the sale of its the Hague office "De Ambassadeur" to B-Apart Residence, part of the Belgium bases Beapart group.
The 8.000 sqm office building wil be redeveloped into a combination of luxury condos and a hotel. The transformation of De Ambassadeur will be one of the largest transformation projects in The Hague in 2014.
