Buren advises Integrc
Buren advises the shareholders of Intergrc, a provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) services to companies that run SAP, on the sale of the Integrc business to EY (accountancy and advisory firm, formerly known as Ernst & Young, annual turnover USD 25.8 billion).
Integrc’s team of consultants, based in the Netherlands, UK, India and the UAE, specialize in the full lifecycle of GRC consultancy and support services, including SAP GRC operations, audit, strategy and planning, implementation, operational control and fully managed services.
Buren acts as legal counsel for (the shareholders of) Integrc Holding. The regulatory regime applicable to EY as an accounting firm gave an extraordinary complexity to the transaction, as well as the international scope of the business.
