Buren advises Medux B.V., a participation of NPM Capital investment, in the merger of MHG B.V. and Medux B.V. MHG offers a wide range of products, services and concepts for care centers, health insurance companies and municipalities.
A large number of care locations has a close partnership with MHG under, among others, the labels Van Breugel and Breva. Harting-Bank Emcart, Ligtvoet, Vitalis and MHG, subsidiaries of Medux, acquired a significant position in the market for medical (rehab) tools.
