BUREN advises MVF

BUREN advises Marketing VF Ltd (doing business as MVF), on the acquisition of all shares in Software Vergelijken B.V. (AppWiki).

With the acquisition MVF, the UK-based global customer generation platform, brings AppWiki’s tech capability to MVF. AppWiki is a leading Dutch software comparison site. Acquisition comes as demand for digital customer generation grows due to Covid-19.

MVF uses a huge paid marketing operation spanning over 40 channels including its own websites such as Tech.co and Startups.co.uk to generate customers for businesses in over 40 countries.

BUREN has advised MVF on Dutch legal aspects of this cross-border transaction, including due diligence and various M&A and transactional services.
