Buren advises Nippon Suisan (Europe) B.V., a subsidiary of Nippon Suisan Kaisha Ltd., Japan, on the sale of Leuchtturm Beteiligungs- und Holding Germany AG with registered offices in Hannover, Germany. In this transaction, Buren N.V., who constantly advises Nippon Suisan (Europe) B.V, closely cooperated with law firm McDermott Will & Emery.

The sale was made to a consortium of investors led by Pacific Andes International, a Hong Kong-listed distributor of frozen seafood products. Leuchtturm Beteiligungs- und Holding Germany AG is an investment holding company holding all shares in TST The Seafood Traders GmbH with registered offices in Buxtehude, Germany (near Hamburg). The consummation of the transaction is still subject to the approval of the German Federal Cartel Office.
