Buren advises the Polypipe Group Plc (listed on the London Stock Exchange), one of Europe's largest manufacturers of plastic piping and ventilation for the residential, commercial, civils and infrastructure sectors, on the acquisition of Permavoid Limited. Permavoid is a specialist designer and supplier of surface water management solutions in commercial, residential, and sports pitch applications.
Buren has advised the Polypipe Group on various aspects of the acquisition of the Dutch operations of Permavoid Limited and has carried out various M&A and transactional services.
The transaction value amounts to a maximum of GBP 16,500,000.
