Buren advises the shareholders of Qi Ict in respect of the partial sale to - and investment by - Holland Venture. Qi Ict is one of the largest companies on the Dutch market in the fields of data storage, IT security issues and cost-effective network solutions. The management and shareholders have the goal in the coming years to strengthen the growth of the group, both organically and through an active buy-and - build strategy.

Holland Venture is a Dutch private equity firm active in the mid-market with a focus on healthcare and technology.

Buren assists the shareholders of Qi Ict with respect to the set-up of an auction process, drafted the transaction documentation. Buren also assists with the negotiations with several bidders (including Holland Venture) and provides notarial services.
