BUREN advises Route4Gas
BUREN advises Route4Gas B.V. and its sole shareholder Synergy Solutions B.V. on the sale of 25% of the shares in Route4Gas B.V. to Vier Gas Participation GmbH. Route4Gas is a Dutch start-up company that has developed a new, innovative software solution for traders in the European Gas Market.
Vier Gas Participation is a subsidiary of Vier Gas Transport GmbH, the owner of Germany’s leading natural gas carrier with a gas transmission network of around 12,000 km in length, representing almost 70 per cent of the total German market for gas transmittion.
BUREN advised Synergy Solutions and Route4Gas in legal and tax aspects of this transaction.
