Buren assisted Varroc Group, a global 1-tier automotive component manufacturer of India, with the filing of a “red herring” prospectus with the Registrar of Companies in Mumbai, India.
Varroc Engineering Limited is proposing an IPO, looking to raise around INR 30 billion via a secondary issue of shares, whereas Tata Opportunities Fund is eyeing a complete exit as part of the proposed IPO. Buren assisted with a due diligence investigation on one of the Dutch major subsidiaries of Varroc Engineering Limited (the parent company). The IPO will occur on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.
