On 4 October 2018, Buren organized a seminar on the protection of company trade secrets.
Damiën Berkhout (partner dispute resolution), Joost Quant (partner employment) and Christel Prevoo (associate) analyzed important recent legislative and case law developments. The ‘best practices’ in trade secret protection were discussed as was the most effective way to deal with a breach of trade secrets. Philip ter Burg (partner commercial contracting) also participated in the Q&A session.
