BUREN Thesis Prize for Insolvency Law 2025 | Shortlist announced

The BUREN Thesis Prize for Insolvency Law 2025 is an annual prize presented by BUREN, in collaboration with Celsus Juridische Uitgeverij, to the author of the best master’s thesis in the area of insolvency law.

The jury
The jury for the BUREN Thesis Prize for Insolvency Law 2025 consists of:

• Prof. Mr. H. Koster, Professor of Corporate Law at Leiden University
• Mr. dr. H.J. de Kloe, Assistant Professor of Insolvency and Corporate Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam
• Mr. M.J.H. Vermeeren, Managing Partner and Lawyer at BUREN

After careful consideration, the jury has compiled the shortlist of nominees.
