BUREN wins Award M&A Professionals The Hague

BUREN has won the first place in the Best Asset Deal category of M&A Professionals The Hague. This for the role in the transaction between ABC Westland and international real estate investor Hines.

This transaction is the second largest logistic single asset deal in Dutch history. The logistics business park ABC Westland is located in the Westland where more than 100 companies in the agri and food sector are located.

Hines is a global real estate investor with a presence in 207 cities in 24 countries. M&A Professionals The Hague is a network of professionals active in the acquisition market from the Haaglanden region, such as corporate finance advisors, lawyers, bankers and investors.
